Alpha Checklist is not designed to deliberately collect or store:

- It is necessary for the operation of the application
- The customer keeps the application installed
- Legal or regulatory obligations apply
The customer may remove information through the resources provided by the application and by Jira, subject to existing technical limitations.

Reasonable security measures compatible with the Atlassian Forge infrastructure are adopted, including:
- Access control
- Authentication based on the Atlassian platform

- Operational monitoring where applicable
- Protection against unauthorized access
